The Clock

The forex day runs from Sydney to New York with no bell, and the clock makes levels no stock chart has. This stage teaches you to trade the day as structure. You'll draw the Asian range, the London open, the level before 8:30 and the 5pm rollover, then trade off the line you drew. Eleven lessons, and the last one is the London open, traded.

Stage 65 of the TradeWize forex track: the 24-hour day as structure. Four sessions and no bell, the overlap, the Asian range, the London open, 8:30 in New York, the 5pm rollover, Sunday night, and drawing the levels before you trade them.

  • The forex day runs Sydney to New York with no bell, and I know which session I am in.
  • The London–New York overlap is where the volume is, and it is when I trade.
  • The Asian range is the first thing I draw, and London is when it gets tested.
  • The forex day closes at 5pm New York, and my daily candle depends on which clock my chart uses.
  • When the clocks change, the overlap moves, and I check it twice a year.
