Every chart read writes one row to the tool’s metering ledger, because it has to be metered. This page is a count of those rows over a rolling 30-day window. A read that failed and was refunded is excluded, and so is every read run from the site’s own admin account — those are tests, and they were most of the signed-in reads before they were taken out.
Nothing here identifies anybody. There are no user ids, no addresses and no individual reads on this page, only totals: an account counts as one reader, and an anonymous visitor is counted against a one-way hash of their address rather than a profile. It describes what gets charted, not who charted it. The figures are recomputed when the site is rebuilt, and the window they cover is printed above.
