Email [email protected] for anything to do with your TradeWize account: sign-in trouble, broken lessons, simulator glitches, billing questions, or feedback on a specific exercise.

Include your account email and a screenshot if you can. It saves a round trip.

02 · Partnerships

Press, licensing, and collaborations.

Educational licensing, content collaborations, and media requests go to the same address; add “Partnership” or “Press” in the subject line and you'll land in the right thread.

03 · Response

One to two business days.

Messages are read Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Urgent billing issues (failed payment, double charge) jump the queue.
