   Is TradeWize a real-money trading platform?

   No. TradeWize is an educational platform with a built-in trading simulator, not a brokerage. Every trade placed inside TradeWize is virtual: positions are opened with earned coins and settled inside the app, nothing routes to an exchange, and no order ever reaches a live brokerage account. TradeWize holds no client money, executes no real trades, and is not registered as a broker anywhere. The simulator covers stocks and ETFs on the free tier and adds options, futures, forex and crypto on Premium, so the mechanics you practise match the real instruments even though the money does not. Market data runs on a 15-minute delay for free accounts and in real time on Premium. To buy or sell real securities you need a separate account with a licensed broker. TradeWize is where the skill gets built first, somewhere a mistake costs coins rather than savings.

   Is this financial advice?

   No. TradeWize is educational and provides no investment, legal or tax advice, personalized or otherwise. Nothing in the curriculum, the mini-games, the simulator or Coach Chad is a recommendation to act on any particular instrument. TradeWize does not know your income, tax residency, time horizon or goals, and cannot tailor guidance to them. Coach Chad, the built-in AI coach, states what is measurable on a chart — trend structure, support, resistance, momentum, moving averages, volume and any confirmed pattern — and a read never tells you what to buy or sell, never gives a price target, and never predicts. An optional paid Trade Setup will plan a practice trade off a read you already ran, from that chart's own computed levels; it is an exercise in trade planning rather than a recommendation, and it knows nothing about you either. Lessons teach general concepts and frameworks rather than instructions, and because tax and account rules differ by country the curriculum flags them as things to check locally instead of stating one jurisdiction's answer as universal. Before any real-world financial decision, do your own research or speak to a licensed adviser where you live.

   Does the AI coach tell you what to buy or sell?

   No, and Coach Chad is built so that it cannot. Coach Chad is your personal investing and trading coach inside TradeWize, and he does two jobs. He teaches every lesson in the free curriculum, replying to the specific answer you gave — that half is authored curriculum, so it runs no AI model, costs no token and cannot invent anything. He also reads seven facts off the candles of any chart you can pull up — trend, support, resistance, momentum, moving averages, volume and pattern — and marks the two prices whose breach would break the structure. A read never tells you what to buy or sell, never gives a price target or forecast, never calls a chart bullish or bearish, and never calls a company undervalued or cheap. The one paid extra, a Trade Setup, plans a practice trade off a read you already ran — every level in it computed from that chart rather than predicted, and none of it pushed, alerted or sent to you, which is what a signal service does. Two mechanisms enforce that rather than good intentions. Deterministic maths computes every level, ratio and grade from the candle data first, and the AI is handed that finished packet and asked only to narrate it. Every AI response is then scanned for directional language, on the server and again in the browser, and anything that trips the scan is discarded rather than shown.

   How do coins work?

   Coins are TradeWize's virtual reward currency, earned by completing lessons, drills and mini-games. They exist for one purpose: funding positions in the zero-risk trading simulator, so practice has a cost and a careless trade has a consequence you can actually feel. Coins have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred between accounts or converted into money, and TradeWize does not sell them, so a larger balance only ever comes from doing the work. The simulator they fund covers stocks and ETFs on the free tier and adds options, futures, forex and crypto on Premium. Hearts are the other practice resource alongside them: free accounts get 5 hearts that regenerate one every 30 minutes, while Premium removes the limit. Once you create a free account, your coin balance, stage progress and simulator portfolio save across devices, so the balance built on a laptop is the balance waiting on your phone.

   Can I withdraw coins or convert them to money?

   No. TradeWize coins are not redeemable, not transferable for cash and not withdrawable, in any amount, at either tier. They are a virtual practice currency with no monetary value and no exchange rate to any real currency. You cannot cash them out, send them to another user, move them to a bank account or wallet, or trade them for goods. TradeWize also does not sell coins, so there is no way to buy more with real money and a larger balance only ever comes from finishing lessons, drills and mini-games. The one thing coins do is fund positions in the trading simulator, where trades are virtual and settle inside the app rather than at a broker. That is deliberate: the simulator exists so mistakes can teach you something without real money at stake on either side of the trade.

   Do I need a brokerage account to use TradeWize?

   No. TradeWize is self-contained: the curriculum, the mini-games and the trading simulator all run inside the app and are funded with virtual coins rather than real money, so you can learn and practise indefinitely without opening an account anywhere else. TradeWize is not a broker and has no brokerage partner, no order routing and no affiliate arrangement steering you toward one. The free tier — 20 stages, 172 lessons, 100+ mini-games and the simulator across stocks and ETFs — needs only a free TradeWize account and no credit card. A real brokerage account becomes necessary only when you decide to invest actual money, because TradeWize cannot execute that for you. Act III of the free curriculum covers exactly that step: choosing a broker, opening accounts, understanding fees and corporate actions, and spotting scams, so the account is opened with some idea of what you are agreeing to.

   Does TradeWize guarantee investing results?

   No. TradeWize guarantees no investing or trading results, and nothing on the platform should be read as a promise of performance. Simulated outcomes are not predictions: a setup that worked in the simulator tells you nothing certain about the same setup in a live market, and past performance of any instrument does not guarantee future performance. Real markets carry real risk, including the loss of your entire principal. TradeWize teaches process rather than outcomes, which is why Coach Chad can grade a profitable practice trade badly — being right and being paid for being right are different skills, and only the process tells them apart. TradeWize also sells no trading signals, stock picks, alerts or copy-trading at any tier, precisely because those products imply an edge nobody can guarantee. What the platform offers is skill, built somewhere a mistake costs virtual coins instead of savings.

   How do I contact support?

   Email [email protected] and a reply usually arrives within one to two business days. That address handles everything: account questions, billing and refunds, bug reports, curriculum feedback and privacy requests. Premium subscribers get priority email support, so their messages are answered first; free accounts reach the same inbox and the same person, just further down the queue. To get a useful answer in one round trip, include the email address on your TradeWize account, the device and browser you were using, and — for anything involving progress, coins or the simulator — the stage and lesson number where it happened. Billing changes are usually faster to do yourself: cancelling, switching between monthly and annual, or updating a card each take one click in the Stripe customer portal. For legal or privacy matters, add your account username and the specific request so it can be processed without a second exchange.

    How do I request data deletion?

    Email [email protected] from, or including, the email address on your TradeWize account and state that you are requesting deletion of your data. The request is confirmed and processed under Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to erasure. Include your account username and anything else that identifies the account, so it can be matched without a second round of emails. Deletion removes the account and the data attached to it, including stage progress, earned coins and the simulator portfolio, and that is irreversible — worth being sure before sending. Because coins and simulator positions have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, there is nothing to cash out first.     Is there a TradeWize mobile app?

    Not as a store download yet. TradeWize runs in any mobile browser today, and the phone experience is the complete product rather than a cut-down version of it: the full 20-stage free curriculum, every mini-game, the trading simulator, the embedded TradingView charts and Coach Chad — teaching the lessons and reading charts alike — all work on a phone, and lesson screens are laid out for a phone rather than shrunk from a desktop layout. Progress syncs across devices once you have a free account, so a stage started on a laptop continues on a phone. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and are not yet listed on the App Store or Google Play, so anything presenting itself as a TradeWize app on either store is not ours. There is a launch waitlist inside the app: pick iPhone or Android and you get one email with the store link when it goes live.
