The contract between TradeWize and the people who use it. Plain enough to read, precise enough to stand on.

01 · Educational

Educational service only.

TradeWize provides educational content and a simulated portfolio environment. TradeWize is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

Nothing on TradeWize constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make outside the platform.

02 · Account

Your account is yours to protect.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share accounts, impersonate others, or use TradeWize for unlawful purposes.

03 · Virtual

Coins, points, paper balances.

Coins, points, XP, streaks, paper-trading balances (including the separate Pro mode portfolio), and similar in-app rewards are virtual. They have no cash value, are non-transferable except where expressly allowed in-app, and are not redeemable for real currency.

Simulated results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future real-world performance.

04 · Billing

Subscriptions and renewals.

TradeWize offers a free tier (Foundations) and a paid tier (Premium). Premium is sold on a subscription basis at the monthly or annual price shown on the /premium page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. Renewal charges are made to the payment method on file at the price applicable to your subscription at the time of renewal. Once you are subscribed, the price you paid will not increase as long as the subscription stays continuously active.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (“Stripe”). TradeWize does not see or store your full card number; Stripe holds card details under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Applicable VAT or equivalent indirect tax is calculated and collected by Stripe Tax based on your billing region.

You can cancel anytime, switch between monthly and annual plans, or update your payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal, which is linked from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to Premium features until that date.

05 · Refunds

A 14-day window, no questions.

You may request a full refund of your initial Premium subscription purchase within 14 days of the original transaction. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Renewal charges after the first billing period are not eligible for the 14-day refund window. To avoid an upcoming renewal, cancel before the renewal date through the Stripe Customer Portal.

06 · Retries

If a renewal payment fails.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment over a short grace period and notify you by email. During this grace period your Premium access remains active.

If payment ultimately cannot be collected, your Premium access pauses. Your account, progress, and Foundations access are not affected, and Premium resumes as soon as a working payment method is added through the Stripe Customer Portal.

07 · Use

Things you agree not to do.

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
  • reverse engineer or disrupt platform operations,
  • use automated scraping or abuse APIs without permission,
  • post deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.
08 · IP

Intellectual property.

TradeWize content, software, branding, and materials are owned by TradeWize or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

09 · Liability

Disclaimers and liability.

TradeWize is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeWize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10 · Termination

Suspension and termination.

TradeWize may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. For paid subscriptions, suspension for cause does not entitle you to a refund of unused time except as required by applicable law.

11 · Law

Governing law and consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, as a Member State of the European Union. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of the country in which you reside.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.

12 · Changes

Changes to these terms.

TradeWize may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
